This privacy policy ("Policy") outlines how SCV MASTER HOLDING COMPANY PTE. LTD. under the brand name "NusaVest Pte. Ltd.", incorporated in Singapore 9 RAFFLES PLACE, #18-21, REPUBLIC PLAZA, SINGAPORE 048619 ("NusaVest"), collects, manages and shares the personal information we hold about you, directly or indirectly, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. NusaVest is a venture incubated under SCV Master Holding Company Pte. Ltd. and a joint venture with Advance Intelligence Group.
By accessing the NusaVest Website, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and processing of your personal information in accordance with this Policy. This Policy governs the personal information we collect through the Website and associated channels. Your use of the Website or provision of information to us constitutes your agreement to our collection, use, processing and disclosure of your personal information as outlined herein. Agreement
This Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Service available at https://nusavest.ai/terms-of-service.
Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this Policy shall have the meaning as given in the Terms of Service. The terms in this Policy shall supplement and add to the terms set out in the Terms of Service and such other documents or publications to which the Policy is referred.
In the event of conflict or inconsistency between any provisions in this Policy and the Terms of Service or such other document or publication, the terms of this Policy shall prevail in respect of the matters contained herein to the extent of such conflict and inconsistency.
This Policy does not supersede or replace any other consents you may have previously or separately provided to us in respect of your personal information, and your consent to this Policy is in addition to any other rights which we may have to collect, use, process or disclose your personal information.
What does NusaVest do?
NusaVest is a joint venture between SC Ventures and Advance Intelligence Group, established to manage portfolios exposed to the rapidly growing digital lending market in Southeast Asia.
NusaVest is headquartered in Singapore.
What personal information do we collect from you?
We collect or receive personal information via email, verbally over calls or via the Website. Often, you choose what information to provide, but sometimes we require certain information in order for you to use, and for us to provide you with, the information you require.
Data you provide to us
We may collect your name, email address, organisation, organisation role, country you're based in and other information which you voluntarily disclose to us.
How do we use your personal information?
We will only collect, use, and disclose your personal information for the purposes you have been notified of and consented to or which are permitted under applicable laws and regulations.
We will not disclose your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes without your consent.
We may process your personal information for the following:
- providing client services and support in relation to product and services;
- market research;
- marketing purposes, promotional events,
- where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
- complying with and monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, voluntary codes, internal policies (including that of our affiliates'), contractual obligations (including between us and our affiliates) and other requirements where it is in our legitimate interest to do so; and
- maintaining the security of our Website, including to verify your identify, to investigate or prevent possible fraud or other violations of our Terms of Use or this Policy and/or in connection with possible attempts to harm employees or other third parties.
- planning, conducting and monitoring NusaVest's business including research and analysis with the aim of improving our Website, products and/or services, based on our legitimate interest in doing so;

Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information that we collect and process about you. The measures we use are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal information.
We continuously monitor our systems for potential vulnerabilities, unauthorised access attempts and security incidents. While no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, we take reasonable steps to safeguard your Personal Data and reduce security risks to a level appropriate for our operations.
Personal information may be transferred to, or stored at, a location outside of Singapore or your country of residence, which may not have data protection law. The security of your personal information is important to us. We have technical and organisational security measures in place to safeguard your personal information. When using external service providers, we require that they adhere to security standards mandated by us. We may do this through contractual provisions, including any required by a privacy regulator, and oversight of the service provider. Regardless of where personal information is transferred, we take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that personal information is kept securely.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information in line with our legal and regulatory obligations and for business and operational purposes. In the majority of cases this will be for five (5) years from the end of your relationship with us. We will cease to retain your personal information when we no longer require such personal information for the purposes we originally notified you of or for any business or legal needs.
Your rights
You have data protection rights, namely:
- If you wish to access, correct, update or request withdrawal of consent previously given for your personal information, you can do so by contacting DPO@nusavest.com, Data Protection Officer. Please note that a reasonable fee may be charged for an access request. If so, we will inform you of the fee before processing your request.
- We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible. In general, our response will be within thirty (30) business days. Should we not be able to respond to your request within thirty (30) business days after receiving your request, we will inform you in writing within thirty (30) business days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request.
- If we are unable to provide you with any personal information or to make a correction requested by you, we shall generally inform you of the reasons why we are unable to do so (except where we are not required to do so under the PDPA).
- You have the right to opt-out of marketing communications we send you at any time. You can exercise this right by clicking on the "unsubscribe" or "opt-out" link in the marketing e-mails we send you. To opt-out of other forms of marketing (such as postal marketing or telemarketing), then please contact us.
- Please be aware that once we receive confirmation that you wish to withdraw your consent for marketing or promotional materials/communication, it may take up to 30 business days for your withdrawal to be reflected in our systems. Therefore, you may still receive marketing or promotional materials/communication during this period of time.
- Additionally, opting out of marketing communications does not mean that we cannot continue using and disclosing your personal information for other purposes set out in this Policy.
To make a request to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to make a request to withdraw your consent previously given, please contact our Data Protection Officer (details below).
In general, whilst we respect your decision to withdraw your consent, please note that depending on the nature and scope of your request, we may not be in a position to continue providing our products or services to you and we shall, in such circumstances, notify you on the possible consequences before completing the processing of your request. Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal information where such collection, use and disclosure without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.
Updates to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time in response to changing legal, technical or business developments. When we update our Policy, we will take appropriate measures to inform you, consistent with the significance of the changes we make. We will obtain your consent to any material Policy changes if and where this is required by applicable data protection laws. You can see when this Policy was last updated by checking the "last updated" date displayed at the top of this Policy.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or mobile apps, including social sharing features and other related tools. Please be aware that NusaVest does not control these linked websites or apps and that this Policy does not apply to any information you give to the owner of these websites or apps. This Policy does not apply to any linked third-party websites which we do not operate or control.
